BULLIONSTORE - TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing Bullionstore, placing an order, or contacting us, you
agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. You
also agree to the terms of any third-party platform used to reach us (for example,
Discord). If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
1. WHAT WE SELL
We sell digital gaming goods - primarily Accounts and
related items. All products are digital and delivered electronically.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase, or
have permission from a parent/guardian. Purchasing is voluntary and at your own
discretion.
3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A BUYER
- After delivery, you are fully responsible for the account and for keeping it secure.
- Verify the account before changing any login details.
- Secure the account promptly after purchase: change the password, secure the email,
and enable 2FA where possible.
- We are not responsible for any loss caused by your failure to secure the account.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF FUTURE PLATFORM ACTIONS
Accounts are safe at the time of sale. We cannot control or guarantee future actions
by Ubisoft, PlayStation, Microsoft/Xbox, or any other third party - including bans,
suspensions, email-change cooldowns, or policy changes. These are outside our control
and are not grounds for a refund.
5. QUESTIONS BEFORE PAYING
Please ask any questions before paying to avoid misunderstandings. Completing payment
confirms you understand and accept the product and these terms.
6. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Orders are only fulfilled once payment is fully received and verified.
Crypto - recommended (fastest, lowest fees)
- All major cryptocurrencies accepted.
- You can fund a wallet such as Exodus, Phantom, or Coinbase and buy crypto with a
card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay inside the wallet app, then send the crypto to us.
PayPal (EUR only)
- Friends & Family payments only.
- Conversion rate: 1 USD = 1 EUR.
- You must pay from your PayPal balance (no credit/debit card funding).
- You must provide proof that the payment came from your balance.
- If you cannot prove you paid from your balance, or you pay by card despite this
notice, no product will be delivered and no refund will be issued.
We do NOT accept CashApp or Venmo. Crypto and PayPal (as described
above) are the only accepted methods.
7. INSTALLMENTS
If a purchase is arranged in installments and you cancel or fail to complete payment,
no refund or replacement will be issued for amounts already paid.
8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback after delivery is treated as fraud and may
result in loss of access, a permanent ban from the store, and a report to the payment
provider. Always contact us first - we will try to resolve any genuine issue.
9. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Once an account is sold, we are not responsible for future issues - buyers must
secure their accounts.
- All sales are final (see our Refund Policy).
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
10. CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store means you accept
the current version.
By contacting us or completing a purchase, you agree to all of the above. Thanks for
